To all current occupants, owners, parties of interest, and to all others listed on the mailing list on file at the Treasurer’s Office: You are hereby notified that on November 19, 2020, the Treasurer of Baca County, Colorado, sold a tax lien on the following property at public sale to Konkel Farms, LLC (“COP HOLDER”):

6/20 Mineral Interest East Half (E2), Southwest Quarter (SW4), Section 11, Township 32 South, Range 44 West of the 6th p.m., 480A (144A) 6/20 Mineral Interest Northeast Quarter (NE4), Section 14, Township 32 South, Range 44 West of the 6th p.m., 160A (48A).
Situate in the County of Baca, State of Colorado A Certificate of Purchase was issued to the COP HOLDER for unpaid property taxes for the year 2019-2024. The property was assessed in the name of Lisa Jayne Webb, Gregory Marc Webb, & James Alan Webb (“PROPERTY OWNER”). On September 28, 2025, Konkel Farms, LLC (“LAWFUL HOLDER”), the current certificate holder, filed an Application for a Public Auction of a Certificate of Option for Treasurer’s Deed (COO), under C.R.S. 39-11.5-101.

NOTICE: The property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Baca County Courthouse 741 Main Street Suite 2, Springfield, Colorado. The sale will include the real estate and all interests held by the Lawful Holder, along with applicable fees, costs, and legal charges. You may track the Public Auction date on the Treasurer's website: bacacountyco.gov Said property may be redeemed at any time prior to the actual Public Auction.
