Request for Proposals – Baca County Multi-Use Building Project
Baca County is seeking qualified firms to provide design, planning, engineering, and construction services for a new multi-use county building at the Baca County Fairgrounds. The approximately 5,400-square-foot facility will support the Colorado State Extension Service, provide commodity storage, and include office, meeting, and support spaces designed to meet the County’s operational needs.
Interested firms are invited to review the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) for project requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and important deadlines. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on August 27, 2026, with proposals due by 4:30 p.m. on November 2, 2026. This project is anticipated to be funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds, and proposers must comply with all applicable federal procurement requirements.
