Stage One Fire Restrictions
To help protect lives, property, and natural resources during periods of elevated wildfire danger, the Baca County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2026-14, formally ratifying the emergency implementation of Stage One Fire Restrictions. These restrictions remain in effect throughout the unincorporated areas of Baca County until modified or rescinded by the Board.
