You are hereby notified that on November 17, 2022, the Treasurer of Baca County, Colorado, sold a tax lien on the following property at public sale to De La Tierra Acquisitions, LLC (“COP HOLDER”):

1/5 Mineral Interest Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Southwest Quarter Northeast Quarter (SW4NE4), South Half Northwest Quarter (S2NW4), West Half Southeast Quarter (W2SE4), Section 4, Township 32 South, Range 41 West of the 6th p.m. 426A (85A).
1/5 Mineral Interest Southeast Quarter (SE4), Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 41 West of the 6th p.m. 160A (32A).
1/5 Mineral Interest Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, West Half East Half (W2E2), Section 9, Township 32 South, Range 41 West of the 6th p.m. 251A (50A).
Situate in the County of Baca, State of Colorado
A Certificate of Purchase was issued to the COP HOLDER for unpaid property taxes for the year 2021-2024. The property was assessed in the name of Walton Jay Crutsinger ETAL (“PROPERTY OWNER”).
On February 20, 2026, De La Tierra Acquisitions, LLC (“LAWFUL HOLDER”), the current certificate holder, filed an Application for a Public Auction of a Certificate of Option for Treasurer’s Deed (COO), under C.R.S. 39-11.5-101.
NOTICE: The property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Baca County Courthouse, 741 Main Street, Suite 2, Springfield, Colorado. The sale will include the real estate and all interests held by the Lawful Holder, along with applicable fees, costs, and legal charges.
The notice will be posted in the following locations: Baca County Treasurer’s Office, Baca County Clerk’s Office, Baca County Assessor’s Office, and Town of Springfield.

Said property may be redeemed at any time prior to the actual Public Auction.
