You are hereby notified that on November 14, 2019, the Treasurer of Baca County, Colorado, sold a tax lien on the following property at public sale to Konkel Farms, LLC (“COP HOLDER”):

12/20 Mineral Interest East Half (E2), Southwest Quarter (SW4), Section 11, Township 32 South, Range 44 West of the 6th p.m., 480A (288A) M/L
12/20 Mineral Interest Northeast quarter (NE4), Section 14, Township 32 South, Range 44 West of the 6th p.m., 160A (96A). M/L
Situate in the County of Baca, State of Colorado
A Certificate of Purchase was issued to the COP HOLDER for unpaid property taxes for the year 2018-2024. The property was assessed in the name of Marc L Webb (“PROPERTY OWNER”).
On September 28, 2025, Konkel Farms, LLC (“LAWFUL HOLDER”), the current certificate holder, filed an Application for a Public Auction of a Certificate of Option for Treasurer’s Deed (COO), under C.R.S. 39-11.5-101.
NOTICE: The property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Baca County Courthouse 741 Main Street Suite 2, Springfield, Colorado. The sale will include the real estate and all interests held by the Lawful Holder, along with applicable fees, costs, and legal charges.
