To all current occupants, owners, parties of interest, and to all others listed on the mailing list on file at the Treasurer’s Office:
You are hereby notified that on November 18, 2021, the Treasurer of Baca County, Colorado, sold a tax lien on the following property at public sale to Various Collaborators (“COP HOLDER”):

½ Mineral Interest Lots 15, 16, 29 of Tract 101, Section 20, Township 31 South, Range 42 West of the 6th p.m., 5A (3A)
½ Mineral Interest Lots 8, 10, 23, 24, 25, 27 of Tract 101, Section 21, Township 31 South,
Range 42 West of the 6th p.m., 155A (78A)
½ Mineral Interest Tract 103, Section 21, Township 31 South, Range 42 West of the 6th p.m., 160A (80A)
Situate in the County of Baca, State of Colorado
A Certificate of Purchase was issued to the COP HOLDER for unpaid property taxes for the year 2020-2024. The property was assessed in the name of Elizabeth Ann Barton Trust (“PROPERTY OWNER”).
On August 13, 2025, the certificate was assigned to Legacy Ranch Holdings, LLC.
On August 13, 2025, Legacy Ranch Holdings, LLC (“LAWFUL HOLDER”), the current certificate holder, filed an Application for a Public Auction of a Certificate of Option for Treasurer’s Deed (COO), under C.R.S. 39-11.5-101.
NOTICE: The property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Baca County Courthouse 741 Main Street Suite 2, Springfield, Colorado. The sale will include the real estate and all interests held by the Lawful Holder, along with applicable fees, costs, and legal charges.
The notice will be posted in the following locations: Baca County Treasurer’s Office, Baca County Clerk’s Office, Baca County Assessor’s Office, and Town of Springfield.

Said property may be redeemed at any time prior to the actual Public Auction.
