  • Uncategorized

The Baca County Board of Public Health, Baca County Public Health Agency, Southeast Colorado Hospital District, and the state of Colorado, will be holding a Covid-19 vaccination clinic in the Minnick Building at the Baca County Fairgrounds, with the assistance of multiple volunteers. The clinic will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 beginning at 8:30 a.m.  Those receiving the first dose on February 19th can receive their 2nd dose between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.  After 10:00 a.m., the clinic will open to anyone in an eligible category to receive their first dose.

There is a form that needs to be completed; having the form completed prior to arrival will help make things run more smoothly. You can receive the form from the Baca County Commissioner’s office or on our website at www.bacacountyco.gov; see “vaccine form.” Also, if you return your completed form to the Commissioner’s office prior to the clinic, we will have an idea how many residents to expect; note, the health assessment section will be completed when you arrive at the clinic. If you have any questions, please call the commissioner’s office at 719.523.6532.
