The Baca County Board of Public Health, Baca County Public Health Agency, Southeast Colorado Hospital District, and the state of Colorado, will be holding a Covid-19 vaccination clinic in the Minnick Building at the Baca County Fairgrounds, with the assistance of multiple volunteers. The clinic will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 beginning at 8:30 a.m.  Those receiving the first dose on February 19th can receive their 2nd dose between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.  After 10:00 a.m., the clinic will open to anyone in an eligible category to receive their first dose.

There is a form that needs to be completed; having the form completed prior to arrival will help make things run more smoothly. You can receive the form from the Baca County Commissioner’s office or on our website at; see “vaccine form.” Also, if you return your completed form to the Commissioner’s office prior to the clinic, we will have an idea how many residents to expect; note, the health assessment section will be completed when you arrive at the clinic. If you have any questions, please call the commissioner’s office at 719.523.6532.
