Open Records Request
All record requests for the Baca County Commissioners, Clerk and Recorder, or other department can be presented to the Baca County Clerk and Recorder. The Clerk and Recorder will distribute the request to the appropriate entity. Baca County record requests should be submitted in writing to the Baca County Clerk and Recorder.
