Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)

The Baca County CSBG Programs are available to all eligible Baca County Residents regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or sexual orientation. The CSBG Program has been awarded to Baca County for the purpose of assisting our residents with Vision, Dental/Dentures, Prescription Medications, Mobility Equipment, Hearing Aids, Other; is anything that you might need for medical necessities that your insurance does not cover or if you have no insurance, Grant amount up to $400.00 if you qualify.

Qualifications are measured by the Colorado DOLA and is subject to change. Currently it is 200% of the FPL this applies to all services provided using the CSBG funding, including CSBG-CARES act funds.
