BCPHA offers a variety of free at-home testing kits for your convenience. Below is a current list of what is available in our office, changes may occur. Please call our office to see what is available at 719.523.6621.

Radon Test Kits

Short-Term Radon Air Test – Is your home safe? These kits come with all needed supplies and form for completion. Kits are free.

Water Well Test Kits

These kits come with all needed supplies, the form for completion, and shipping box. Kits are free.

COVID-19 Test Kits

We provide two at-home test kits per individual for free.

Pregnancy Testing and Education

BCPHA offers pregnancy testing for interested individuals. This service is provided in-office with access to a private restroom. BCPHA abides by all HIPAA Privacy Rules. Administering fees may apply. Individuals that complete testing will be given a results form and a pregnancy  educational packet, which includes resources, referral options to a primary care provider, WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) program information, and more. Call to schedule an appointment at 719.523.6621 or walk-ins are accepted.

STD/STI At-Home Testing Kits

BCPHA offers at-home STD/STI testing kits for FREE to interested individuals. These kits are purchased by BCPHA from KitLab and then offered to the public for FREE. The kits covering testing for the following: Chlamydia,  gonorrhea, Trichomonas, HIV 1 & 2, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B & C. These kits provide all the needed materials for complete testing at-home. Individuals will receive accurate results in as soon as 24hrs, depending on mail back time and follow-up care with a certified healthcare provider if a positive result is confirmed.
